Cancelation Policy
  • We understand that circumstances can change with Airlines.
  • If there are any delay due to force major, we cannot provide a refund.
  • If you change your flight, you must give us a confirmation 48 hours before landing in Bali. if the confirmation is less than 48 hours, we cannot provide a refund.
  • For any cancellation within 48 hours before arrival, we will provide refund minus 10% administration fee. If the confirmation is less than 48 hours, we cannot provide any refund.
